Concentric’s Workforce Development services are designed to help students see what’s possible — and take steps toward it. We partner with local businesses, community organizations, and regional employers to expose students to real-world career paths and equip them with the skills they need to succeed.
Our focus is on access and representation — making sure students, especially those from historically marginalized backgrounds, see themselves in the future workforce and know how to get there.
What We Provide:
Career exposure and awareness for middle and high school students
Mentorship from professionals who reflect student identities
Job readiness workshops (resume building, interview prep, workplace skills)
Connections to internships, shadowing, and employment pathways
School-to-career bridge programs in collaboration with community partners
