Our Leadership

Molly Hebert Loyd  
CEO, Concentric Educational Solutions

Molly Hebert Loyd brings deep expertise in education leadership, social impact, and urban education to her role as Interim CEO of Concentric Educational Solutions. With a career spanning over two decades, Molly has led strategic initiatives that bridge equity, innovation, and meaningful partnerships across the education sector.

Prior to joining Concentric, Molly served as Vice President and Head of Urban Education & Social Impact at Defined, where she championed initiatives aimed at advancing outcomes for historically underserved communities. She previously held several leadership roles at Discovery Education, including Head of Urban Education and Senior Director of Education Partnerships, where she worked closely with school districts nationwide to scale impactful programs and digital learning solutions.

Molly holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Texas A&M University and is widely respected for her thoughtful leadership, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to educational equity.

Dr. Ivory A. Toldson  
Chief of Research, Concentric Educational Solutions
A nationally recognized scholar and policy expert, Dr. Ivory A. Toldson focuses on African American student achievement and education equity. He has held leadership roles at the NAACP and the White House Initiative on HBCUs and is a professor at Howard University. A bestselling author and Education Week top scholar, he has appeared on MSNBC, CNN, and NPR. He holds degrees from LSU, Penn State, and Temple University.
Dr. Michael Gary Jr.
Chief of Staff & Customer Engagement, Concentric Educational Solutions
Dr. Michael Gary Jr. has 13 years of experience in higher education and transitioned to K-12 education in 2018. He is a transformational leader, skilled in establishing student programs focused on excellence. He has expertise in student support programs, streamlining operations, and enhancing student performance. Dr. Gary is knowledgeable in student retention, enrollment growth, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement initiatives. He builds consensus among stakeholders and can meet diverse student needs. Dr. Gary received a B.S. in Computer Science from Lincoln University, an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Mercer University.
Himanshi Sharma
Director of Strategy and Innovation, Concentric Educational Solutions
Himanshi Sharma holds a B.A. in psychology and communication from Florida International University and an M.S. in education from Johns Hopkins University. An education entrepreneur and Director of Strategy and Innovation at Concentric Educational Solutions, she specializes in project management, business operations, and networking. Passionate about education, tech, and innovation, she has founded three startups, including Edansh, an online career readiness platform for at-risk students, to support underserved communities.
Alejandro Jones
Director of People Operations & Systems, Concentric Educational Solutions
Alejandro was born and raised in Los Angeles. He graduated from Lincoln University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Alejandro works as a Professional Student Advocate for Concentric where he assists students with standardized assessments. He also mentors and tutors students one-on-one and in small groups to help assess short and long-term academic goals, provide individualized learning support, and develop self-awareness. Alejandro enjoys spending summers volunteering as a camp counselor and youth baseball coach.
Nina Hoffpauir
Data Strategist, Concentric Educational Solutions
Nina Hoffpauir holds a B.S. in microbiology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an Sc.M. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a certificate in environmental and occupational health. She began her career as a research assistant at the U.S. Geological Survey before transitioning to education. Passionate about teaching and data, she joined Concentric Educational Solutions, where she now serves as Director of Data and Accountability, leveraging her expertise in research, data management, and presentation.
Miles Armstrong
Director of School Engagement & Program Delivery, Concentric Educational Solutions
Miles Armstrong is a transformational educator with seven years of experience in public education. As Director of Schools at Concentric Educational Solutions, he has driven exceptional results, including leading the tutoring program with the highest math gains in Baltimore City. A history graduate from Morgan State University, Miles is pursuing an executive coaching certification to further his leadership impact. His strategic vision, successful collaborations, and dedication to student success are instrumental in expanding Concentric’s reach and influence.
Raiana Davis
Director of Community Engagements , Concentric Educational Solutions
A dedicated advocate for education and community well-being, Raiana Davis brings expertise in sociology, anthropology, and public health. As a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor, she is committed to fostering student well-being. She leads Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives and mentoring programs, shaping positive outcomes for students and schools in Baltimore.
Shepria Johnson
Regional Director Student Engagement, Concentric Educational Solutions
Shepria brings over 10 years of leadership experience and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Oakland University. Committed to community impact, she combines strategic vision with a passion for making a difference.

Our Professional Student Advocates (PSAs) aren't just educators; they're mentors, advocates, and trusted figures who understand the unique needs of the students and communities we serve. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, often coming from the communities they support, which allows them to forge powerful connections and create truly impactful change.

Many of our PSAs have walked in the shoes of the very students they serve and know the power of believing in their potential. They draw on their own experiences as mentors or guides in their own communities, using those insights to make a difference in the lives of young people every day.
